Log in to your account
To update your profile, you must be logged in. Read this article for instructions.
When first logging in, you will be presented with your “User” page. It shows information “About” you (like your cover photo, personal photo and any other information that you have decided to share), along with any Posts or Comments that you have made on the web site.
You can get back to this page by choosing from the menu bar “Account Management –> User“.
Change your account details
From the menu bar, choose “Account Management –> Account“. A page will be displayed that gives you the ability
to modify your account details (including your email address) 
to change your password 
to handle your private information (by downloading or erasing it) 
to delete your account completely
